Dr. Shekhman's Reviews and Awards

 Dr. Shekhman replaced my right hip early in September.The surgery and rehabilitation regimen went extremely well thanks to Dr. Shekhman’s oversight and at home and outpatient physical therapy. I am now able to walk, etc. with virtually no discomfort (and I can barely see the scar). Many thanks to Dr. Shekhman and his wonderful staff! 

 11 months and 7 months in full bilateral hip replacements. Dr. Shekhman changed my life. The entire process from our first meetings to follow-up check up has been outstanding. I feel NORMAL AGAIN AND NO PAIN. In the process I interviewed 4 surgeons. There was no doubt after meeting with Dr. Shekhman he would do my procedures. THANK YOU!! 

 I had anterior full right hip replacement surgery 5 weeks ago by Dr. Shekhman.  He fully explained the entire procedure in detail indicating that my right hip was bone on bone and I had hip dysplasia which would all be corrected with this surgery.  At the 5 week post op I am walking very well with no pain and everything he said went according to plan.  He answered all of my questions prior to my surgery and after surgery.  He is very professional and has great bedside manner.  I am very happy I chose Dr. Shekhman for this surgery and I would strongly recommend him.

 I am doing great with my two knees replacement. I am back to work full time, and so sorry I didn’t listen to him 10,years ago.DR Shekhman is the number one SURGEON for knee replacement

 My experience having an anterior hip replacement has been excellent. Pain was minimized and I left the Bone & Joint Institute the next afternoon confident in the steps to recovery using PT and the Force Therapy exercises. Dr Shekhman communicated well at each step, from consultation and operation day, to post surgery check ups.
